Mr. Craig is a registered Engineer in Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas and a Professional Land Surveyor in Louisiana. He graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1978. His experience includes, commercial and residential development projects as well as municipal and public design projects, specifically water and wastewater, storm sewer systems including storm water detention and street design.

Mr. Craig is a member of ASCE, LES, LSPS, and ACEC. He is a past President of the Shreveport Chapter of the ACEC/L and a member of the State Board of Governors for ACEC/L. In 1991, Mr. Craig was awarded the F. Hugh Coughlin Young Engineer Award of the Year by the Louisiana Engineering Society.

Mr. Raley began his surveying career in 1983 for Mohr and Associates, Inc., performing boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision surveys, as well as construction staking for numerous roadway, water, sewer, and various site projects. He extended his experience into surveying for pipeline, well location and compressor station surveys in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. His most recent work has been surveying for multiple airport and state highway projects.

Mr. Raley was licensed as a Professional Surveyor in Arkansas in 2003 and currently maintains membership in both LSPS and ASPS. Mr. Raley returned to Mohr and Associates, Inc in 2007 and currently serves by overseeing the daily operations and overall progress and completion of all surveying related projects.

Mr. Barker graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2005 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He began his career as an Engineer Intern and worked for several years in engineering/surveying consulting before joining Mohr and Associates, Inc. in March 2008. He was licensed in June 2010 as a Professional Engineer in Louisiana and is a member of LES and ASCE.

Mr. Barker has experience in a variety of different areas including residential subdivision development, commercial site development, local zoning regulation, water and sewer design, drainage design, and storm water pollution prevention.

Mr. Rollins graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2016. He began working at Mohr and Associates, Inc. as an Engineer Intern in April 2016. He was later licensed in February 2021 as a Professional Engineer.

Mr. Rollins has worked on several commercial development projects during his time at Mohr and Associates, Inc. He has experience in feasibility studies, site layout, utility connection and coordination, and hydraulic study and design. Mr. Rollins has also assisted in many residential subdivision projects where he has experience in master planning, lot and roadway layout, hydraulic study and design, water and sanitary sewer design, and cost estimating.

In 1994, Mr. Lawrence began his career in land surveying with Williamson / Aillet and Associates. He later moved into the office to handle the computer based drafting to complete numerous topographic and boundary survey maps. He transitioned into computer based civil engineering drafting in 1996 with ARE Consultants, Inc., handling the production of construction plans for airport runways & taxiways, and streets & drainage projects. Mr. Lawrence started in 2004 with Mohr and Associates, Inc. to assist in the design, planning and production of plans for residential and commercial subdivisions, commercial site plans, topographic & boundary survey maps, and foundation plans.

Mr. Lawrence graduated from Bossier Parish Community College with an A.S. in Computer Information Systems in 2001. He is an Autodesk Certified Professional in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
