The following list gives a general idea of the experience and variety of developments designed by Mohr and Associates, Inc. There are many other developments designed by this office not on this list.

Southern Hills

In south Shreveport, 1958 to present. Designed most single and multi-family projects east of Mansfield Road to Kingston Road. Consisting of approximately 1500 single-family detached homes, townhouses and four multi-family projects consisting of about 1,000 units.

Campus Federal Credit Union - University Ave

This existing branch bank was remodeled in-place. The existing storm drainage was maintained and extended where needed. The site paving needed relocation to accommodate the enlarged building for the bank.

A topographic and boundary survey was also completed for this project.

Bienville Path in Twelve Oaks

This subdivision is one of four distinct communities within the Twelve Oaks subdivision in Southeast Shreveport. It's distinctions are the winding streets and community walking trails spread throughout the 200+ acres.

The design of this community includes public streets, drainage, water and sewer facilities.

Arbors Apartments

The Arbors Apartments are located in Southwestern Shreveport along Mansfield Road. This complex contains 200± units.

CVS Pharmacy - Airline Dr at East Texas Ave

This commercial development required the special considerations to maintain a flood way near the building. An open ditch through the project was enclosed in pipe to accommodate the new construction. With this change to the drainage, flood way analysis was necessary to appropriately design the site grading and drainage.

Site development also included traffic path analysis, and municipal zoning changes.
