Campus Federal Credit Union - University Ave

This existing branch bank was remodeled in-place. The existing storm drainage was maintained and extended where needed. The site paving needed relocation to accommodate the enlarged building for the bank.

A topographic and boundary survey was also completed for this project.

Shreveport, LA

Huntington Park Area

This project is an area of 1,200 acres on the Western limits of Shreveport, Louisiana and lies South of Interstate 20. It consists of approximately 600 single-family detached houses, three multi-family projects of about 700 units and numerous commercial sites generally along Pines Road. The single-family area has a common green belt.

Shreveport, LA

Walgreens Pharmacy - Gloria Switch Rd

Special considerations for this South Louisiana project included the need for a future widening of existing streets and the preservation of existing trees as well as the storm water detention needs.

This project included site traffic path analysis, and municipal zoning board approval.

Carencro, LA

Riverbrooke Subdivision

Single-family gated development with private streets and drainage and City water and sewer facilities.

Shreveport, LA

Southern Hills

In south Shreveport, 1958 to present. Designed most single and multi-family projects east of Mansfield Road to Kingston Road. Consisting of approximately 1500 single-family detached homes, townhouses and four multi-family projects consisting of about 1,000 units.
